Trevor McDonald begins the final leg of his journey across the Mediterranean with a visit to Egypt, where he peers down into the sunken palace of Cleopatra in the harbour of Alexandria. Then he heads to Cyprus, to see a world hidden from view in the buffer zone established by the UN in 1974 to keep warring forces apart. This zone is off-limits, but Trevor has been granted special access.
