You'll probably remember this one because it's scary! Frank and Joe are traveling across country from Bayport to Nevada in that super cool 1970's GMC van, and they stop in a small town to visit a friend played by Bonnie Ebsen (Buddy Ebsen's daughter). She thinks her boyfriend has been abducted by a UFO! Tony Dow (Leave It To Beaver) plays an air traffic controller. There's lot of classic Hardy Boys adventure in this episode. Frank and Joe travel to the top of a nearby moutain and witness firsthand some faceless people playing baseball...are they aliens? And what's the deal with those strange underground tunnels?
