Larry Howse is running a successful boat business in Tacoma, Washington. After driving home from a family meal with his two sons, Larry is killed in the parking garage of his apartment building in an upscale neighborhood. At first look, the case is a mystery for investigators with a baffling crime scene, no murder weapon and no eye-witnesses. Detectives turn to the one security camera in the garage that could help them to retrace Larry's last steps. What it reveals is the unfolding of an execution by two mystery assailants. Can further surveillance footage reveal their identity?
