On 7 August 1997, Fine Air Flight 101 stalls and crashes just seconds after taking off from Miami International Airport, killing all 4 people on board and 1 person on the ground. The causes of the crash were the aircraft's cargo shifting dangerously backwards and an incorrect stabilizer trim setting.
